Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You can add additional locations for $100/month each on Core and Pro plans. Alternatively, upgrade to Enterprise for unlimited locations. We're happy to create custom pricing for franchises or multi-location groups with 5+ practices.
Most practices are up and running in 2-4 hours. This includes connecting your POS system, uploading historical data, and running your first reconciliation. Unlike enterprise tools that take months, Reconcilify is designed for fast implementation.
No setup fees for Core and Pro plans. Enterprise customers may have optional implementation services available for complex multi-location setups, custom integrations, or data migration assistance.
Yes! All plans include access to our knowledge base and email support. Pro and Enterprise plans include personalized onboarding calls. Enterprise customers receive dedicated account management and priority support with guaranteed response times.
You'll need exports from your POS system, payment processors, and optionally your loyalty program. We accept standard CSV/Excel formats. Our AI will automatically map your columns to our system.
